Privacy Notice

This notice describes what BioRich International collects through this website, why, and where it goes. It covers the website only — not information exchanged during a client engagement, which is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
What we collect, and only when you send it
We do not require an account and we do not collect anything from you simply for reading a page. Information reaches us only when you submit one of three forms.
Contact form: your name, email address, company, an optional phone number, the nature of your enquiry, your message, and any file you choose to attach.
Newsletter subscription: your email address.
Dataset request: your name, work email, company, role, the fact that you ticked the consent box, the page you requested it from, and the time of the request.
We do not record your IP address on any of these forms.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to send you what you asked for, and to contact you about that request. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Where it goes
Contact and newsletter submissions are delivered to us as email through Resend, our email provider, and are not stored in a database.
Dataset requests are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Neon, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend.
This site is hosted by Vercel. These three providers process the data on our behalf in order to run the site; nobody else receives it.
How long we keep it
Dataset request records are kept while they remain useful for following up. Emails from the contact and newsletter forms live in our mailbox and mailing list until removed. If you would like your details deleted, ask and we will delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Newsletter emails can be unsubscribed from at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at the address below.
