John Xu brings over 30 years of experience spanning pharmaceutical research, business development, and cross-border deal facilitation. His career began in drug discovery at two of the industry's most storied organizations — Wyeth and Bristol Myers Squibb — accumulating 14 years combined (1996 – 2010) before transitioning to business development at WuXi AppTec and CrownBio.
John then spent seven years in licensing roles at Abpro, Jemincare, and Hopstem before becoming an independent BD consultant in 2023, leading BioRich International. He also founded NAPPA, the North America Pharmaceutical Professional Alliance.
